The story of this organization began in 1983 when my father started weaving hand-knotted rugs by giving training to the men and women in the rural areas of Varanasi. That time by giving training they increase very high production capacity and also provide very good earning ways to the unemployed people.

Now its the second generation of family ownership, Son Er.D.K. Kushwaha now starts an export business under his father's guidance, Who is a carpet and textile engineer and also did an MBA in marketing and also did a Job in carpet buying a house a post Quality Manager and now he also following the same principle:
