The story of this organization began in 1983 when my father started weaving hand-knotted rugs by giving training to the men and women in the rural areas of Varanasi. Kushwaha now starts an export business under his father's guidance, Who is a carpet and textile engineer and also did an MBA in marketing and also did a Job in carpet buying a house a post Quality Manager and now he also following the same principle:
